Our main fundraiser is Cards 4 Kids, and we’re looking for 1 person (or a small team!) to help run it. You’ll work with Mrs. Lovering and Andrew to keep orders flowing and cards stocked, with quick updates at monthly meetings (or by email).
Time commitment: about 10 hours per term (3 terms: Sept–June) — mostly counting and organizing, and even lighter if shared with another parent.
Good news: Andrew currently runs Cards 4 Kids and will train and support you every step of the way.

Secretary Team (1–2 Parents)
Help keep the PSG organized behind the scenes — no event planning required!
You’ll send a quick email asking for agenda items, gather them, take simple meeting notes, and forward emails as needed.
Time commitment:
● 45–60 minutes per month for the PSG meeting
● About 2–3 hours weekly (or less) for emails and light admin
● Mostly remote, and you don’t need to attend every meeting — written notes are fine.
We use Google for everything. Templates are provided and you’ll be supported the whole way.

All hot lunch orders for the next term must be ordered before Sunday, March 8th at 9pm.

In this time of sorrow, we hold those who grieve in our prayers. We ask the Lord to draw near, to strengthen families, to guide community leaders with wisdom, and to bring comfort to all who mourn. May God grant peace in the days ahead.
