Spirit Wear ordering just got easier!

Our St. Joe’s Spirit Wear store is now open year-round, which means no more waiting for an ordering window — and no more missing the deadline.

How it works:
🐎 Visit our Spirit Wear store anytime throughout the year.
🐎 Choose your favourites and place your order.
🐎 Orders will be collected approximately once a month.
🐎 Our parent volunteer Spirit Wear Crew will pick up, sort and deliver orders to the school.
🐎 Spirit Wear will be distributed to students to bring home.

Our selection will change throughout the year as we update and add options, but you can count on the St. Joe’s classics sticking around.

Looking for a volunteer role you can make your own for the school year?
We’re looking for a dedicated team of 4-5 volunteers to help with our monthly Spirit Wear deliveries from October – June

Approximately once a month, our team will:
🐎 Pick up Spirit Wear orders
🐎 Bring them to the school
🐎 Sort orders by classroom
🐎 Deliver orders to our Colts
You’ll be trained on the process — no experience needed!

WANT TO TAKE THE LEAD?

We’re also looking for one Spirit Wear Team Lead.

You’ll work directly with Sara, PSG Social Chair & Spirit Wear Coordinator, to help coordinate the crew, delivery dates and distribution.

Don’t worry — I’ll be here to support you along the way!

The goal is to have a team that knows the process and can confidently take the lead on monthly deliveries.

INTERESTED?

Deliveries take place during school hours and generally require about 1–1.5 hours.

Last year, deliveries were often completed around 11 AM–1 PM, making this a volunteer opportunity that may work well over a lunch break.

Our crew will work together to choose a delivery day and time that works for the volunteers whenever possible.

Hot Lunch Volunteers Needed — Monday to Thursday!

Have one hour to spare during the school day? We’d love to have you join our Hot Lunch volunteer team!

Whether you’re a returning volunteer or helping for the first time, we’ve got you. It’s easy to learn, and our team will show you exactly what to do.

We’re currently looking for parent volunteers Monday through Thursday, approximately 10:45–11:45 AM, to help:

✅ Receive and organize the Hot Lunch delivery
✅ Sort lunches by classroom
✅ Deliver lunches to our Colts

What about Fridays?

Our Grade 7 students take care of Friday Hot Lunch deliveries as part of their fundraising efforts for their end-of-year trip. So our parent volunteer crew is needed Monday–Thursday only.

All school volunteers must have their Safe Environment Training and Criminal Record Check completed. If you still need to complete either requirement, please contact the school or check the school newsletter for more information.

Questions or want to get involved?
Contact our Hot Lunch Volunteer Coordinator, Jasmine Clark, at jasminecclark@icloud.com.

We also have a Hot Lunch Volunteer WhatsApp group for easy communication, reminders and coordinating volunteer days.
