Family Fun Night is back!
Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 4 from 5:00–8:00 PM and join us for a night of laughter, games, music, and mouthwatering food — all on the school grounds with your amazing St. Joe’s community.

Admission & Wristbands
General Admission:
$5 per person (ages 3+)
Includes:
Entry to the event
Fair-style games
Bubble soccer access
General activity areas
No individual game tickets needed for general activities.
VIP Kids Wristband Add-On – $10 per child
VIP Wristbands Include Access To:
🎯 Dunk Tank — 3 throws per turn, then participants must return to the back of the line
🎂 Cake Walk — participants must return to the line after each round
🍭 Sucker Pull — one turn at a time, then return to the back of the line
⚠️ VIP Wristbands:
Are intended for children only
Require the purchase of a Child General Admission wristband
Do not include general admission on their own
Specialty activities are not included with general admission and are part of the optional VIP add-on experience.
👨👩👧 Parents & Guardians
Adults with paid admission wristbands are welcome to participate in general event activities alongside their children.

👶Children under 3 do not require admission and are welcome to enjoy:

⚠️ Bubble soccer is not recommended for toddlers or very young children.

Age Restrictions & Attendance Rules:
To help ensure a safe and family-friendly event:
Only current St. Joseph students and their immediate families may attend
Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times
NO DROP-OFFS permitted
Children ages 3-13 require admission wristbands
Students ages 14-18 are not permitted to attend the event
Teen volunteers (ages 14-18 are also not permitted during the event itself
Adults attending without a current St. Joseph student may be denied entry unless previously approved by the PSG/school administration
If your child is attending with another family, please ensure arrangements and admissions are organized in advance.
🤝 Companion Wristbands
We know families come in all forms and support looks different for everyone. If you are bringing someone attending strictly in a support/supervision role, such as:
A support worker
Grandparent
Nanny
Aunt/Uncle
Bonus parent
…and they will not be participating in activities, they may request a complimentary Companion Wristband.
Families can:
Complete the Companion Wristband Request Form ahead of time
Or visit the Welcome Table during the event
Companion Wristbands may require proof of admission purchase.
Food Vendors
Food preorders will be available through our Hot Lunch system from Ma 15 - June 1st at 9:00pm.
Meet our on-site Food Vendors:
Filipino Society of St. Joseph - 100% of proceeds support the school
Domino’s Pizza - partial proceeds donated back to the school
The Filipino Society booth is operated by school families volunteering their time and ingredients to support our school.
Gluten-free pizza is available by preorder only.
Limited food, drinks and snacks may be available for cash purchase during the event.
Families are welcome to bring their own food as well.
Payment Information
Payment can be made by credit card through the hot lunch system pre-orders.
On-site purchases are cash only.
Volunteering
This event can't happen without the support of our parent community. We’re offering roles that fit all schedules — even 20-minute shifts can make a difference!
You Can Help With:
Fair games and prize booth
Welcome table and concession (cash box roles)
Set-up and clean-up
Volunteers must be over 18 and have completed their Safe Environment Training
Family Fun Night Rules
Supervision & Attendance
No drop-offs — all children must be accompanied by an adult
Only St. Joseph students and their families may attend
Children under 3 are free
Students ages 14–18 not permitted unless pre-approved
Phones, Photos & Behaviour
No student cell phone use during the event
Parents may only take photos of their own children (or with permission)
School behaviour expectations apply: be kind, respectful, and safe
Health & Safety
Smoking/vaping allowed only in the far parking lot, 10 metres from buildings
No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards on event grounds (please lock up outside)
